Some projects simply tug at your heartstrings, and this Class C Thor Chateau was one of them. A couple that runs their own dog rescue and transport brought it to us completely water-damaged and in need of a total rebuild — essentially starting from scratch.

We stripped it down to the bones and brought it back to life, keeping only the essentials like the engine, suspension, and a few pieces of salvageable siding. With their focus (and budget) devoted to the rescue, they planned to install the kennels themselves once it rolled out of our shop.  As fellow animal lovers, this project was truly a labor of love — transforming a worn, waterlogged rig into a fresh start for both people and pups.
